DIGITAL TEAM SUPPORT WAY TO AI

Gracjan AI is an R&D project that integrates artificial intelligence to support the work of startup WAY TO AI. It acts as a digital team member, providing 24/7 support, automates processes and its functionalities can be activated from the UI chat and team collaboration platform. Gracjan AI is a meeting agent that analyzes and summarizes team meetings both internally and externally. Gracjan AI comes in the form of a web chatbot through which it increases interaction on websites through personalized advice, building trust in the brand. As a social media persona, she creates engaging content, manages the online presence and generates interest through interactive dialogues. Equipped with voice recognition, it makes it easier to access information and services. Gracjan AI aims to support brand development and build customer relationships, being a key element in the company’s growth strategy.

AVATAR SUPPORTING CUSTOMER SATISFACTION / Avatar of the stand of organized fairs

Wanda AI is an innovative R&D project introducing a digital reception assistant to improve service for guests and staff. In practice, it is used as an Avatar of a trade fair stand as part of organized business fairs. Designed to operate 24/7 like an assistant present at the reception or trade fair stand. Wanda AI responds to questions and routes queries quickly, significantly reducing the workload of employees and allowing them to focus on priority tasks. With the ability to serve multiple users simultaneously, it reduces waiting times and reduces queues, improving service efficiency and increasing guest satisfaction. In addition, Wanda AI has entertainment and educational features for children, including storytelling, offering word games, which provides parents with peace of mind when dealing with formalities and children with an enjoyable visit experience. As part of the fair, it can present any promotional material of the company exhibiting its business profile of the stand. This project aims not only to improve customer service, but also to enrich the experience of visitors to the reception or exhibition stands through technological innovation that arouses curiosity.

Rysio BI wants to be your assistant in the field of business process automation. I specialize in Robotic Process Automation using UiPath, Microsoft Power Platform family solutions, so Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI or SQL Server used within your organization. My goal is to support teams in automating work, optimizing processes and creating reports for data analysis.

Intelligent Live Customer Support Agent

ALEXANDRA is an AI-powered solution that is revolutionizing the way you handle phone calls and communicate with customers. The system works in real-time, answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a natural way, very similar to talking to a human.
In addition to answering questions, ALEXANDRA also acts as a salesperson, calling potential customers. He approaches each contact with respect and care for the privacy of the interlocutor, maintaining professionalism. The system not only provides answers, but also saves detailed notes from conversations, which facilitates subsequent analysis and business decision-making.
The app uses a realistic voice, scanned from one of the research team members, which makes the conversations authentic and engaging. With the latest technologies in the area of natural language processing, speech recognition and voice synthesizer, ALEXANDRA is becoming an indispensable tool for automated customer service and sales.
