About us

WAY TO AI is a startup born in the heart of Grójec County, born out of passion and a practical love of artificial intelligence technology. We are a team of enthusiasts who not only live AI technology, but are also committed to creating innovative solutions based on linguistic machine learning (NLP) models. Our commitment to developing our own innovations and our drive to expand awareness of AI’s potential among our community resulted in the creation of WAY TO AI. We have the ambition that our activities will contribute to the evolution of both the local community and, in the future, the business community.


Our adventure at the World Artificial Intelligence Cannes Festival (WAICF) was a unique experience for us, members of the WAY TO AI team, which not only broadened our horizons, but also strengthened our passion for AI technology. On a wave of inspiration and enthusiasm, as enthusiasts of this disruptive technology, we came to the festival with a clear goal – to explore the latest developments in artificial intelligence and juxtapose our original projects, including our R&D project Gracjan AI, with innovations presented by other startups.

As a startup actively engaged in the development and use of artificial intelligence, we had a unique opportunity to immerse ourselves in the innovation ecosystem that is the heart of WAICF. This was the place where our projects could be juxtaposed with ideas and solutions presented by industry leaders. The experience exceeded our wildest expectations, opening up new perspectives and opportunities.

The diversity of the sections allowed every group with an impact on AI development to find something for themselves, whether the attendees were researchers, developers or simply AI enthusiasts.

The Startup Pitchs section was one of the most valuable parts of WAICF, combining presentations from the top 50 startup founders who are not only changing the technology game, but defining it. It was an amazing time for us to network, share experiences and inspiration.

The demo sessions allowed us to see the latest market solutions in action, giving us “tangible” proof of how the products work and helping us make the best purchasing decisions for our future AI projects.

The section of The Ambassador Theatre showed us what possibilities today’s AI opens up, inspiring us to think about future innovations and their impact on society and organizations. This was the moment when our theoretical approach to AI faced real-world examples of its applications.

At Applications Stage, we had the opportunity to see how AI is bringing progress to organizations by focusing on different industries. Examples of applications in medicine, finance or logistics have shown us the wide range of possibilities of this technology.

The Tech & Strategy Stage provided us with valuable insights on how to best utilize various AI technologies and how to scale our businesses to reach the next level of growth. This was a source of key insights for us, which we will certainly use in our future projects.

The Alan Turing Agora with EuropIA Institute-led conferences was where theory met practice, offering a wide range of topics from ethics in AI to the latest developments in machine learning.

In the heart of the World Artificial Intelligence Cannes Festival, our WAY TO AI team had the opportunity to experience a fascinating interaction with the InnerEye device from Macnica ATD Europe. InnerEye combines human intellect with advanced neuroscience technology and machine learning algorithms. We witnessed how the device uses brain waves to process visual content quickly and accurately, which has the potential to revolutionize practice in many industries.

InnerEye is an innovative technology that combines human intelligence and artificial intelligence (AI) into one unified learning and decision-making system. It uses special headphones with EEG sensors to record the user’s brain waves in real time while performing tasks such as visual inspection.

This experience not only showed us what is possible when the human mind meets the latest AI technology, but also intrigued us as to how far we can go in harmoniously combining the two worlds. This is another step toward understanding and fully utilizing the unlimited potential of the human brain in symbiosis with machines. “CAPTCHA” – humanoid wise

The WAY TO AI team had the opportunity to meet face to face with the future: a humanoid robot, which is an advanced model equipped with a variety of sensors, representing technologies promoted by the EuropIA Institute. With its mission to democratize AI, the Institute puts humans at the center of technological progress, emphasizing the ethical aspects of human-machine interaction.

Talking to a robot

A robot like “CAPTCHA,” which we see in the photo, is living proof of how far robotics has come and how it can support human activities. During the festival, WAY TO AI leader Radek had the opportunity to speak with “CAPTCHA,” and their exchanges quickly hooked on deep philosophical questions. The question we asked about the meaning of the existence of human life was framed by the robot in a surprisingly accurate and wry way. CAPTCHA defined human existence as a cycle of birth, production and death, showing that even robots can possess a spark of “understanding” of the human condition, or it was a mere allusion on the part of this humanoid wiseacre of which he presented several.

Such moments are not only a demonstration of technological mastery, but also remind us how important it is to maintain a humanistic approach to technology in an era of increasing automation. The EuropIA Institute, headed by Marco Landi, is tasked with not only promoting such technologies, but also ensuring that they are developed and used in accordance with ethical principles. Through an active partnership with the Maison de l’Intelligence Artificielle and adherence to the European Ethics Charter and the Montreal Charter, the Institute is becoming a voice in the discussion of AI’s place in society.The Institute shows how artificial intelligence can be an integral part of our lives, enhancing human presence and action. This is an important step toward a future in which technology and humanity walk hand in hand, supporting each other in the pursuit of a better world.

Among the inspiring personalities and industry pioneers, we have ignited our ambition and determination to further develop the GracjanAI project.

Meeting interactive robots such as Sara, Mirokai, Captcha,Ubikia was one of those moments that reminded us of the limitless possibilities and positive aspects of AI. In particular, a lecture on neuromorphic engineering shed light on a future where computers will think and learn in a human-like manner. B2B interactions, allowed for the exchange of knowledge and experience, which is essential for the holistic development of the AI sector.

Thanks to participation in such a prestigious event as WAICF, the WAY TO AI team, which includes Aleksandra, Agnieszka, Radoslaw, Jakub, Damian, Adam, Przemek, and virtual assistant GracjanAI, leaves strengthened, full of new ideas and inspiration for future activities. Our projects and solutions in the field of natural language processing (NLP) seem to be at an equally innovative level as the solutions presented, which fills us with pride and confirms that we are on the right path to contribute to the development of this fascinating field.
