1. Introduction – Warsaw Pack 2025
Warsaw Pack 2025, Poland’s largest packaging industry trade fair, was held on April 8-10 at Ptak Warsaw Expo. The event brought together market leaders, manufacturers, suppliers and innovators, presenting the latest solutions for the packaging, automation and logistics industries. Warsaw Pack is not only an exhibition of technology, but also a place for the exchange of knowledge and inspiration for the entire industry.
2. CPG Cluster: Joint Innovation Showcase
The Creative Packaging Group (CPG) cluster organized a joint stand (F3.22) with an area of 260 m², where member companies – including WAY TO AI – presented their latest solutions in the field of automation, packaging machines, materials and finished packaging. The stand became a hub of innovation, attracting numerous visitors and industry experts. In addition, companies associated in the Cluster were present at individual stands, m.in. Labeltec (F2.43), where advanced digital and automation solutions were presented
3. Machine Assistant – A new level of operator support at the Labeltec booth
At the stand of Labeltec (F2.43), which is a member of the CPG Cluster, Way to AI presented the Machine Assistant LBLH3RMASCARA produced by Labeltec – an innovative tool supporting operators of production machines. This system, based on artificial intelligence and accessible via a QR code on any device, offered:
- Intuitive onboarding of operators and faster onboarding of new employees,
- Step-by-step instructions for operation, maintenance and replacement of parts,
- Automatic fault diagnosis and reporting them directly to the service,
- Multilingual support and 24/7 availability,
- Increase safety, efficiency and reduce service costs3.
Machine Assistant has met with great interest, especially among manufacturing companies looking for tools for automation, process optimization and effective employee onboarding. Below we present a poster from which visitors could scan the QR code and check in practice how the solution works on their own smartphone.
4. Wanda – Virtual Ambassador at the CPG Cluster stand
One of the key projects presented at the joint stand of the CPG Cluster was Wanda – an intelligent trade fair ambassador, developed as a prototype by the WAY TO AI team. Wanda is an interactive AI system that answered visitors’ questions in real time, presented the offer of the Cluster and member companies, as well as educated and engaged visitors to the stand. Both solutions – Wanda and Machine Assistant – were very well received by visitors to Warsaw Pack 2025. The participants appreciated the ease of implementation and the real impact of these tools on the efficiency and safety of production processes. Warsaw Pack confirmed that the packaging industry is open to innovation and ready to implement digital solutions that support the competitiveness of companies on the market.
6. Summary and prospects for development
The participation of WAY TO AI in cooperation with the CPG Cluster at Warsaw Pack 2025 highlighted the growing demand for simple, effective digital tools for the packaging and manufacturing industries. The presented projects respond to the current market needs and are in line with the Industry 4.0 trend. Both Wanda and Machine Assistant are an example of the practical implementation of AI in the reality of enterprises.
